What happens when I reach my order limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit, or wait until your next billing cycle.
How many cart recovery emails can I send?
Connect your own email provider (Klaviyo, SendGrid, Mailgun or Postmark) and there is no daily limit, because you pay that provider for the emails. Let Cartlytics send them instead and you need no account and no API key, with a daily limit of 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth and 500 on Scale. The Free plan includes 50 emails a month whichever sender you choose.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all payments through Shopify's billing system, which accepts all major credit cards and supports invoicing for larger accounts.
